Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of enrollment by and between Crystal Walent LLC ("Service Provider") and the individual or entity enrolling in the program ("Client"). By enrolling in the program, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Program Description: Crystal Walent LLC offers a 12-week program designed to help clients develop and execute a comprehensive business plan. The program includes weekly 90-minute workshop sessions, homework assignments, weekly 60-minute coaching calls, editable templates, and complementary course materials.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• Eligibility: Clients are eligible for a full refund if they request it within 30 days from the date of their initial enrollment payment.
• Conditions: To qualify for the money-back guarantee, the Client must:
  • Actively participate in all scheduled workshops and coaching calls.
  • Complete all assigned homework and participate in the program’s activities.
  • Submit a refund request in writing to [support email] within 30 days of the initial payment date.
• Exclusions: Refunds will not be granted if:
  • The Client has not attended at least 50% of the workshops and coaching calls.
  • The Client has not submitted completed homework assignments as required.
  • The refund request is made after the 30-day period from the initial payment date.

3. Client Responsibilities:

• Participation: The Client agrees to actively participate in all aspects of the program to achieve desired results.
• Completion: The Client agrees to complete all homework assignments and engage in weekly coaching calls.

4. Termination:

• Voluntary Termination: The Client may choose to terminate their participation in the program at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for voluntary termination after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
• Involuntary Termination: Crystal Walent LLC reserves the right to terminate the Client’s participation if the Client fails to meet the program’s participation requirements or breaches this Agreement. No refunds will be issued in the event of involuntary termination.

5. Limitation of Liability:

• Crystal Walent LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the Client’s participation in the program. The Client acknowledges that results may vary and that no guarantees of specific outcomes are made.

6. Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the program. This confidentiality obligation will continue even after the program concludes.

7. Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia.

By completing the enrollment process, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
